TBMall Listings Data Entry Page

Any organization that is located within Northwestern Ontario can list their information within tbmall. Simply provide a minimum of all the required information below in red and submit your request to our editors. Our editors will review your information and if accepted will be listed usually within 24 hours of your submission. You will be able to view and edit your listing. Once it is submitted it will be reviewed and upon acceptace you will also recieve an email with a username, password and link to an edit page where you may make any required changes. Please follow the instructions provided at each data entry point as they will guide you with format and specfic information that will be used to create your full web page listing. Some of the data entry fields are limited in size to a fixed length to ensure proper page format and layout.

Enter up to 8 products or services that you provide to your customers and clients. Each product or service is limited to 20 characters in order to ensure proper page formating and layout. These will appear within your listing in the "We Provide" section as shown.

Please enter the listing body below up to a maximum of 1000 characters (approx. 200 words). This is where you have the greatest opportunity to provide details about what you do or sell. Provide the who, what, where, why and how here. Use the <br> command anywhere you would like to place a return.

List your keywords here up to a maximum of 500 characters (approx. 100 words). Provide all keywords even if already used in the rest of the submission as we will submit these for your keywords to major search engines. However multiples of the same word will not improve your ranking. Enter words that apply to your business/organization and may be used by a visitor in the keyword search. Please only use keywords that are representative of your business/organization as our editors will delete inappropriate keywords or refuse the submission completely.

If you have a logo available for your business/organization enter the filename here complete with the directory containing it. More easily click the browse button to select this file. If you do not have an image of your logo not to fear we will place a banner image up across the top of your page with your business name in large bold letters. The file will be restricted to a size less then 500 KB. Ideally the file size should be less then 100 KB for quick download to the visitor. JPEGs tend to be the smallest and BMPs tend to be the largest. Use any image viewing software and SaveAs jpg with the quality set to medium to convert your logo to jpg. We will size the picture appropriately on your listing so do not fret about the size of the image or how it will layout on the page.
